Bad service. They argued over a £2.50 item which was not described accurately on their website when I am a regular customer, spending up to £80 a week with them. I was disgusted by this attitude, and they even phoned me back to argue some more over it.

Due to my allergies I have to be careful with my orders. The food takes over an hour to arrive and we live close to their establishment, also.

There are plenty of other places to order from, I suggest you try them first.

Home delivery was nearly an hour late once we got the food it was cold and inedible as everything was undercooked and of an awful standard. Rang the manager a refund was agreed someone went to collect this for me not the full refund was given. I rang once again to see what had happened the manager who first of all said the manager wasn't there which was infact himself swore at me and lied continuously to get out of what happened, I have never experienced such rudeness. I would not recommend this Chinese.

We ordered a home delivery from Emperor, they had to ring back to clarify our order. The delivery was 20 minutes late. The starter of salt and pepper squid was dry and over cooked, the other starter, chicken wings, were of the kind you get from a pizza shop. The Kung Po prawns were very bland and the sauce low quality. The chicken chow mein dish was devoid of chicken and the noodles were over cooked, possibly reheated. Overall the food was of a low standard and we didnt even get free prawn crackers!!!!!!!!
