Cannizaro Restaurant is a country style restaurant that is situated on Wimbledon Common. Greeted by the tune of a grand piano, guests are cordially invited to chose their meals from both lavish A La Carte and table d'hote menus including dishes such as smoked salmon filled with crab and asparagus, seared scallops and baked cod fillet with foie gras and wild mushrooms to name but a few delights. They can cater for private parties of up to 40 people.

We had afternoon tea here on Sunday and were so impressed by both the location and the service. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff throughout and the setting is absolutely stunning. The afternoon tea was also delicious, but I would argue its the place itself that lifts it above the competition.
