Vapiano is excellent for a lunchtime meal. The service is original and surprisingly speedy - line up before one of a series of Chefs who make the meal in front of you; you take it to your seat. I chose Italian (there are other menu choices) - the pasta (tagliatelle) was al dente, the sauce - al funghi - and extra herbs, garlic au choix - all delicious. The cost - with Americano coffee - was seven pounds, excellent value.
There is also a swipe card system for payment and a loyalty scheme.
Highly recommended.
