Apparently Italian cuisine is Britain’s favourite, so it’s not surprising than when a good quality Italian in a buzzy area like Soho, and with previous credentials like the Wapping Project comes along the public fall over themselves to visit. The no bookings policy at dinner seals its fashionable status, but aside from that the food is very good indeed.
The menu has hearty dishes like crumbed braised lamb with borlotti beans and fried cod tongues with caper mayonnaise, while the democratic wine list has varieties from Europe as well as the New World.
