Acclaimed chef Bjorn van der Horst, previously from New York’s Picholine and Mayfair’s The Greenhouse) is the latest chef to join Gordon Ramsay’s brood with his new restaurant La Noisette.
On the site of the defunct Pengelley’s, La Noisette will be a relaxed, fine dining experience with a “mature” menu that showcases Bjorn’s characteristic flair.
