TOTAL DISGRACE

I couldn't believe the rudeness of the management at this restaurant. Firstly, he refused our Taste Card despite it being advertised in the front window. He then actually told us if he had known we were Taste Card users, we wouldnt have received recieved the meal we did, as we would have had lesser portions and lower quality! I was stunned! Isn't a Taste Card supposed to entitle you to just 50% off your bill?! I've never heard/experienced anything like this before. If you are Taste Card user, dont expect a decent meal as I've actually been told first hand by the manager himself you dont get what others are paying for. Disgraceful treatment of customers, and how blatently decietful as you're not informed of this on the taste card website. As we were leaving, he didnt even have the courtesy apologise for the 'mis-communication', sympathise with us in any way or even thank us for our custom. (we had to pay full price) There are plenty of great Indian restaurants in London, I have visited many and never encountered such arrogance and rudeness from the management. Avoid this place!!

Best naan ever. Have the medium naan for 2, or the family naan for 3. Fresh delicious buttery bread heaven! Baltis very good too. Great value for any area, let alone Covent garden! Plain decor, so not the place for a fancy night out. It's all about the bread and the curry. Yum. Getting hungry thinking about it..

Small quiet restaurant serving excellent food. The lamb was particularly tender which is always a good sign of a quality restaurant. Decor is average and staff are quietly efficient. I would recommend this restaurant.
