Always had good service, limited menu, but the food and wine have always been good quality

Very disappointed with the food and will not be going back here. The lamb was caked in bread crumbs, served raw rather and with stodgy risotto. When asked to cooked the lamb to medium rare I was informed that the chef said it should be served the way he cooked it. Very poor serve and worse food.
