Me and my girlfriend went here last year at the end of a "hard days shopping". It was exactly what we love! Small but not so much that you're cramped and a great atmosphere. Being half Italian myself I always have high expectations when eating Italian out. It did not disapoint! Food was 100% as is cooked by true Italians. I failed to take a note of the name of the restaurant and finally after a year I have found it! I am back in town soon and WILL most definatly be returning!!!!! Keep up the good work and I hope for the same experience again!

Booked Il Cucciolo on line (www.allinlondon.co.uk) a few weeks in advance, for dinner after a post-Christmas matinee. Four diners – mum,dad and adult son and daughter.
We arrived about 15 mins late and were warmly welcomed and shown to our table. The restaurant was completely full - mainly with the evening’s West End audiences and there was a great ambience – the smells, and the buzz of conversation. Service was prompt but not rushed, and personal. The menu and wine list offered plenty of choice. Portions were generous, well presented and, most importantly tasted great.
The whole experience was delightful and the staff were particularly patient and attentive to my son, who has learning difficulties. I can’t think of anything negative at all – it rounded off a great day out. The proprietor even gave my son a boxed panettone as we were preparing to leave.
We will definitely make a return visit.

dropped in for fixed price lunch. service slow as owner was having his own lunch . food was ok but overcooked. No one came to asked if the pizza was good. Beause it was burnt and hard as a brick. The owner had the cheek to add a fat service charge which meant he was overcharging as the price was displayed outside and on the menu with no mention to service charge! Dont visit this cafe which overcharges and serves microwave food from Netto or Lidl

Have been on two Saturday nights in past 5 weeks...Both occasions I had the same, king prawns to start and seafood spagetti, my partner had Bar b Q Sardines and a Spagetti dish..always exceptional !!and very reasonable...if i recall aboyt £6 a starter and £14 for mains..Last sat night we got there about 11.30 but they accomadated us. When the meal finnished, some guy, obviously a friend of the owners made a very reasonable effort on a guitare, was very pleasant, we had places to go, but got the impression we were welcome to stay for a few drinks. I will definatly go there again...Andy

Have eaten in this classically family friendly ristorante for years. The food is tasty and plentiful and served with flair - just as Italian Soho restaurants used to be. Il Cucciolo is an Italian oasis. People leave with smiles.

I came here on the 28th December with my family and we all enjoyed very much so. It is a small resturant with many people coming in and out. I'm am sure that it was run by an italian family that were all very charming especially the older man who is a bit of a flirt with the ladies. The food was fantastic at first didnt look like much but fills you up completly! The prices were the usualy and all well worth it for the service, meal and the atmosphere. Would strongly advice having an outing here!!!

Went to this restaurant 35 years ago with my own parents and now under new ownership I took my wife and 12 year old daughter 2 weeks ago. The food was fantastic and the service was as friendly as you would wish for. Great location by the Theatres and the atmosphere was terrific.
