Following its successful re-launch last year with a cutting edge design by Tom Dixon, Chelsea institution The Collection is delighted to announce the launch of its brand new restaurant - Kitchen 264. Executive chef Oded Oren, one of Israel‚s most talented and sought-after chefs has relocated to the UK to take charge of the kitchen and has created a modern Mediterranean menu perfect for the restaurant‚s Chelsea location.
Oded who was previously head chef of Turkiz, one of Tel Aviv‚s hottest seafood restaurants, presents a menu which celebrates the Mediterranean‚s most vibrant flavours: fresh herbs, zingy citrus, smoky spices and peppery oils. Specials of the day feature alongside the creative à la carte and on weekends there is an additional brunch menu.
