hey friends, do read this whole it will very helpful for you all. I am here to tell you about what happened inside the basilico. I worked for basilico and I know how they work and unfortunately i seen there the actual dough weight company recommended is 500gm for 18" pizza but they reduce the weight and making 480gm. for 13" & 11" compared to company weight they reduce the weight by 25gm each. and for the garlic bread they reduce the weight by 20gm. for the protein dough they decrease the weight by 30gm. one more thing they used the expired vegetables and fruits.
Also they have to use three pizza cutter for non-vegetarian, vegetarian, and for vegan. but they use only two cutter as all know that red cutter is use for non-vegetarian pizza and the green one is use for vegetarian pizza. but here what that do in busy time they didn't see the which cutter they using they use both the cutter for vegetarian pizza and the non-vegetarian pizza Also they are doing the same thing with the knife and chopping bord. All employees pass their food and safety level 2 and food and hygiene level 2 but for all employees the test was given by only one person who is not working any more. some of the employees not wearing the gloves so that's it I guess it will helpful for you.
