This was our first visit to the Pizza Express Beauchamp Place venue. We are regular customers at Pizza Express in Soho and only went to this venue because we were iceskating at the Natural History Museum nearby. Our food was great (as it always is at Pizza Express) but the service at this particular venue was less than satisfactory. The Maitre d' barely greeted us and after telling him we had a booking for four, he sat us at a table with only two chairs before stalking off. Our waitress was rude and aloof, taking two of our orders incorrectly so that we were eating after our friends had finished their meals. We will not be returning to the Beauchamp Place venue and advise if you are looking for good service with your meal, to visit a Pizza Express elsewhere.
