We had lunch at Pizza Hut in Covent Garden last Sunday. We were satisfied with food and value for money. The service by our waitress, TONNY, was excellent. Pleasant, smiling, efficient, and she fully investigated ingredients when told our grandson had a nut allergy. Customer service tip-top!

we arrived at about 6pm on the hottest saturday of the year. we walked down to the resturant and we should have realised that it was too hot in there before we sat down but we were seated and told that the air con was broken. it was riduclously hot everyone was fanning themselves with their menus and dabbing their faces with the serviettes. there were a lot of staff working but none seemed interested in serving the customers. we would have walked out but we were in a rush because we were off to see a show and didnt want to risk being late. our food came quickly and it was lovely but it was soo hot we couldnt enjoy it so we ate what we could as quick as possible, asked for the bill and left promptly. we were sat on a table of two and about 5 minutes into out meal a waitress seated another couple right next to us. the resturant was half empty so i didnt understand why they couldnt have sat a few tables away rather almost be joined to us. it felt rather uncomfortable being so close and what with the heat anyway it wasnt very relaxing and we felt we couldnt relax.

Firstly had the delight of having a waitress spill a drink in my lap and then had a rude non-english speaking manager suggest it was my fault and that because the waitress had apologised the matter was over.

I went to Pizza hut after another Pizza place wouldn't honour a booking I had made for a meal deal. But we went for The meal deal for 4 we had two plates of Natchos,garlic bread and potato wedges.1 large and one medium pizza.These were the best pizzas I have ever had. After all that we had puddings I thought we would be offered ice cream but infact we had 4 full size puddings presented lovely and to die for. We didnt manage to eat it all, the drinks were refillable. The price £31.00 in covent garden for all that wow.
