Dos Amigos

I'm pretty sure a lot of people who review places just love a good moan.

The negative reviews are from a while back so it's possible it really was that bad, but personally we've always enjoyed it there.

The menu has an excellent selection across the board. The atmosphere is very friendly and the staff are always polite and prompt. The food is delicious, as are the cocktails, and it's all very reasonably priced.

We tend to go once a month and it's always excellent.

Food sub standard overpriced slow service scruffy decor ,what could have been a great night for our family was spoilt ,would not recommend a visit

I first went to Dos Amigos 3 weeks ago with my 6 year old son, the staff were very friendly and polite and always ready when we needed to catch their attention (without being overbearing)the children`s menu was very nice, my son is normally very fussy, but he loved his food, as did i, the prices are very competitive and we loved it so much we have returned 3 more times since, the food and service was equally good on each visit, we have made Dos Amigos a regular place to eat.....

Went here for lunch recently and had a good experience. The food was of a good quality, service quick and polite and the price excellent (£7 per person inc. a soft drink). Would definitely eat here again.

I wouldnt recommend anybody to eat at this resturant,the food was poor quality and over-priced,I had to send my main back to the kitchen twice and ended up cancelling it.

Dos Amigos has a good atmosphere and the staff are polite, which is the only reason why I gave it a 3 star.

I went with a group of friends and family and was shocked at the food and the bill! The food had to be returned several times due to it being uncooked and when the bill came, not only were we charged for the uncooked and uneaten food, but we were also charged for cocktails that we never had! I think because we were a group of 10, they thought we wouldn't spot the additional items on the bill, which of course we did!

I would not be going to Dos Amigos again, and would not reccommend it.

Dos Amigo's is a great party atmosphere restaurant with average service, average food, good cocktails.

The main thing that lets it down for me and many of my friends, we have all been over-charged many a time, at different times, different occasions, they tend to add on the odd cocktail and bottle of wine - especially to groups! This has happened to me now 3x, and now I won't be going back because I think it is a disgrace to be so dishonest to honest customers. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend going there as a group!!

Dos Amigos is really great restaurant !!! First atmospohere is great I felt like I am in Mexico with decarations ,live music , hospitalty, service, proper Mexican Food with one word NUMBER 1 in this catogory !! Cocktails are amezing in this cantina YOU should come and try what real cocktail taste is , i can not describe this experience COME AND TRY !! I really thank to DOS AMIGOS STAFF and managment !!!!!!
