The Four Lanterns

I would really recommend this restaurant 48 of us celebrated our 35 year anniversary of starting nursing at the Middlesex hospital. They made us very welcome and looked after us so well all afternoon, they made the reunion really special. The food was wonderful it just kept coming and all dishes were lovely and great value for money. I will certainly return again.

Throughout the entire stay at the restaurant I felt mistreated, uncomfortable and unwelcome. If it wasn't for the fact that we already paid for the voucher I would have imminently left the restaurant as her cold, unfriendly and rushed service made the whole experience unpleasant.

I was expecting an authentic Greek experience - Mediterranean hospitality, atmosphere, great cuisine. Instead our waitress had an attitude problem, the meal took over 40 minutes to come, and when it did it was just okay in comparison to other greek food I've had, definitely not worth the wait. Then after all of this malaise we were promptly shown the bill and rushed out on an unbusy weekday evening! Never again.

Amazing food, friendly and attentive staff, excellent service overall. I definitely recommend it!

The 4 Lanterns is a fantastic place to eat and enjoy the evening. Last May my friends organized surprise birthday pary there for me! What a great evening we all had. The food was delicious, we had meze which is almost everything on the manu like greek dips, halloumi cheese, kalamari, whitebaits followed by grill meat etc. It was so much food...and wine:) We danced and had karaoke as well! Ah, and smashing plates! The staff was friendly and keep us entertaing till late. Thank you guys.

Excellent atomosphere, especially in the above ground section of the restaurant. The staff are brilliant and owner an eccentric and a hoot(as long as you dont take him too seriously).

I really love this place, great food, friendly staff - happy to recommend food for you, great atmosphere - lively.. its always busy so try and book in advance. Ive been several times (and am just about to book in again). Its a cosy place with not a lot of room to move but an extensive menu and quick (but not rushed) service.

Its definately one of my favourite places in London.
