What a delightful restaurant with friendly and polite staff. Used to go here when it was Lorenzos but then it went downhill and then changed to Da Pietro which didn't improve much. Now it's La Casita and it's a wonder to have instead.
The lunch time special is good value with a great selection of dishes to choose from including pasta, pizza, fish and meat dishes.
The a la carte menu is also vast but have to agree with the previous reviewer that it is a bit on the dear side although I don't agree with them on the quality side. I have taken around 20 family, friends and work colleagues here and they all think the food is absolutely fantastic. Can't fault the food one bit.
Their minute steak, spaghetti pescatore, meatballs and rice stand out the most and their tapas selection is so nice that there is too many to tell you about.
