Inaho is a charming, little restaurant decorated with Japanese paintings and adorns to give it a traditional feeling. They serve a variety of Japanese dishes at their restaurant and also cater for vegetarians.

My mind is boggled by the 2 extraordinarily negative reviews below. I went to Inaho last night (Valentine's Day - yes cliché, whatever). I have been before and I knew it to be fabulous, so I'll merge my two experiences together - this, I feel, will be useful as one of them was on a very quiet day where there were only about 6 people in. In contrast, last night was very full.

Service:

I don't understand all the complaints about service. Inaho's service is charming but slow. Frankly, who wants to rush? I noticed one or two people hopping up and down in their seats after not being served for about 5 minutes - perhaps that's the type of person who reviews it so negatively? On both occasions I was given a reasonable amount of time to decide what I wanted, but not an uncomfortably long time.
Evidently they haven't been to Japan if they think the service is odd. It's very Japanese - like the simple decor. For those that don't know, Jiro, who is the world's finest sushi chef, has his restaurant in a subway in Tokyo. He also has 3 Michelin stars and charges $450-500 a head....

Food:

Irreproachable. Their moriawase (mixed sashimi) is unbelievably good and the quality is far above anywhere else. The nigiri platter is the same. It's unbelievably good quality fish.
The entrees are delicious - I would recommend nasuden-gaku above all. I have never had noodles there, so I can't comment - but the place is famous for SUSHI, so go there if you want fantastic sushi. Go to Wagamama for noodles!
Oh, and the tempura was utterly delicious.

Drinks:

Fine prices and range.

Value:

It's expensive - I spent £85 last night for 2, but we ate a LOT, had a large flask of hot sake and I gave a decent tip. Basically, this place rocks. It's worth the extra price as a treat. I, for one, enjoyed being left to enjoy my sushi in peace, without constant 'is everything ok, sir?'.

I hope I will be able to go again many times in the future.

Very charming little restaurant. The food is great: very fresh and delicious. The service is very good.

I was extremely disappointed by my visit to this restaurant. Not only was service very slow, unreliable and unhelpful (one of the dishes I ordered - crucially the rice - never turned up, another had a hair in it and they brought one of my companions the wrong dish), but the portions were frankly meagre and (despite the claim in the restaurant description above) there were no vegetarian main courses on offer (not something I find acceptable in this day and age). And all this for a ridiculously over-priced bill.

Rip-off. If you enjoy paying three times the value for you dinner and 14 pound california rolls, then this is the place for you!
