Located within Brown’s Hotel, HIX at The Albemarle offers a truly glamorous, British dining experience. Executive Chef, Marcus Verberne and Director of Food, Mark Hix, have created an outstanding menu featuring great British classics using carefully sourced ingredients.
The restaurant, headed up by Manager Scott McCaig, is also home to an amazing collection of work by leading British artists, including Tracey Emin, Rankin, Tim Noble and Sue Webster. The room features wood-panelling, elegant green banquettes designed by Philippe Hurel and a small cocktail bar at which up to 4 guests may dine.
