Spice Market is a South East Asian restaurant which was opened in February 2011 by internationally renowned chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten and CulinaryConcepts by Jean-Georges.

The cuisine is Jean-Georges’ interpretation of the eclectic food experienced during his many trips across South East Asia. The menu enchants diners with bold and tantalising dishes, delectable and adventurous flavours, featuring exotic curries and spices.

Spice Market offers their cuisine at great value on their Express Lunch menu with two courses for £16 or three courses for £18. Theatre-goers can enjoy a South-East Asian feast before the curtains go up with two courses for £18 or three courses for £20.

This restaurant at the W Hotel is the sister of NYC’s Spice Market in the cool Meatpacking district. The food is pan-Asian and overseen by Michelin-starred Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten, but this pedigree doesn’t mean you can’t order Singapore Slings by the pitcher.
