Me and my girlfriend moved to shep bush about a year ago and stumbled upon Renezio by accident one night, enticed in by the 6.95 budget menu. Since then have been there about 10 times and every time is good value for money and really nice authentic food. Decor and atmosphere also really authentic feeling and the spag bol is the best ive ever had. Overall love this place and seem to be going in there quite regularly these days. Just wish they had a risotto on the menu :-)

I'm surprised and disappointed to read Anonymous's review of 29 October. Since Gioia Mio in the Uxbridge Road closed, and Izzy Bizzy in the Askew Road became Sufi, this is the one reasonably-priced restaurant in the Shepherd's Bush area we bother to frequent. Rarely more than £12/head (unless I'm particularly thirsty!), the food is top-notch for the price bracket. Sometimes the service by the part-time staff can be a bit haphazard but hey, in that respect it's authentically Italian! Certainly we've never had poor or rude service from the owners. Unless we fancy a trip into the unknown, it's great having such a good restaurant on our doorstep as a reliable option. PLEASE STAY AWAY, as if you try it you'll almost certainly become a regular, meaning it will be even less likely that we're able to get a table without booking!

Awful, awful experience here last night. A large group arrived shortly after we did and although we'd already ordered our food apparently ours got held up behind their massive pizza order. The staff didn't explain the delay at all and when we complained after 40 minutes the woman who runs it was extremely rude to us. She actually told us the food would come soon, walked away to help someone else and then came BACK to have a go at us - yelling about how busy they were and it wasn't their fault it was taking so long! All for politely asking what the delay was!

When the food arrived it was mediocre at best. I've had much, much better pizza elsewhere.

To top it off, they had the cheek to add service charge to the bill - pay for being yelled at by the manageress? I don't think so.

Shocking restaurant. Avoid at all costs.

A very welcoming atmosphere with fast and friendly service. The meal came to just £10 per head which included salad, garlic bread, lasagne and a glass of red! Great Value. The decor is a jumble of photos of famous people past and present which gives the place a special feel. Well worth a visit!
