The Polpo restaurant at Smithfield is the third in the group to open, and as with the others has a 'secret' bar in the basement (the Negroni Bar). The restaurant also offers small Venetian plates in humble (yet stylish!) surroundings.
You can book lunchtime tables, but they don't take bookings for dinner; just turn up and they'll seat you as soon as they can - there's always the bar to wait in!
