About: Smoking up a slow cooked succulent storm in the political hub of Westminster, Blue Boar Smokehouse & Bar has opened its doors.

Named after one of the oldest inns in Westminster, Blue Boar challenges the traditional perception of comfort food. The distinctly British-inspired menu serves up moreish feasts that have been dry rubbed and slow cooked by fire until they are juicy and tender enough to pull apart on your plate.

Signature dishes include racks of thick and meaty baby back ribs that have been smoked by the smouldering heat of chicory wood chips for over 24 hours before being crusted in a Blue Boar rich and tangy barbecue sauce.

A short walk from Parliament, well within the eight-minute division bell and within sight of Westminster Abbey, Blue Boar Smokehouse & Bar will bring a sophisticated yet robust dining experience to Westminster village.

The Private Dining Room offers an excellent space for more intimate dining settings. Holding up to 20 diners, the space can completely closed off from the restaurant ensuring the ultimate privacy.
