Andina is an all day restaurant serving healthy food and drinks inspired by the Peruvian Andes. This is the second London restaurant from Martin Morales (Ceviche). The head chef is Tomasz Baranski (Donostia, Barrafina).
Andean cooking is the soul food of Peru, and it is in the Andes where some of the world’s most nutritious ingredients are found. The lunch menu has quinoa burgers, pig butties, and dishes from the ceviche bar. At dinner time there is chupe prawn chowder, wild mushroom and artichoke quinotto and 24h marinated lomo rib-eye steak.
