WC Bar

Here we have the small but beautifully formed WC Clapham. Oh no, not another toilet bar... they're so last month we hear you cry, but oh no indeed, this really isn't any old toilet bar (didn't think I'd ever find myself using that phrase!), let us explain. WC is an intimate Wine and Charcuterie bar that has splashed beautifully and elegantly onto the Clapham dining scene. The 100 year old, disused toilet beneath Clapham Common tube station has been put to a productive purpose once more, as people use it not to piss, but to get pissed (** sighs oh dear at own poor joke**). But seriously, the interiors have been stylishly redesigned and configured to seat just 40 people in retro surroundings. Sip delicious wines from a well-selected list and nibble on tasty treats as you do so; this is a whole new take on an underground bar, but absolutely one that deserves to survive the next 100 years!
