Saporito is an Italian Fusion Restaurant based between Baker Street Tube and Marylebone Station. It has recently been opened by Max Finetto, 24 a former hedge fund manager who has also worked in fashion.
Max and his team have sourced their ingredients from around the world and they are open from 7am serving fresh coffee and pastries, through to lunch and then evening dinner. The menu is currently based on Crostoni with different toppings. This is an open sandwich made with Poilăne bread and delicious luxurious toppings including steak, Parma Ham, Burrata, Salmon and the list goes on. They have set up their own pizza oven creating fresh pizzas to eat in and take away. They also offer takeaway dinner with wine for those who are too busy to cook.
