Best Turkish place ever

Walked in on a friends recommendation. The food was really nice but received one of the worst service ever. The staff are not friendly and welcoming. Did not ask once if the food was ok or if there's anything else we needed. Ordered two sets of drinks only gave one. When we asked for the bill the waiter noticed they hadn't given us our mango lassi which we had ordered. So asked if we would like it whilst ready to pay for our bill. Obviously not. We're ready to leave or else I would've asked for a take away drink. Went up to pay by debit card and get told there will be an extra charge.
