The Whitehall

The impression from the outside was good with an attractive array of desserts in the window. The food was poor along with the service having to ask waiters 3 times for water.
The scones were lovely with clotted cream and strawberry jam.
Unfortunately I have never been in such a disgusting toilet in my life. It was a 'unisex' toilet at the top of some stairs. There was no soap and the interior was dirty. The wiring was in a poor condition and had plugs into a mutli-socket dangling from the ceiling. My wife went downstairs to another toilet, which was even worse. It was appalling!!!
