A meal before the late night prom. The place was only half full and there were plently of servers - a classic case where the front of house let down the chefs. Food very good but service painfully slow. No excuses as they were chatting by the bar area. Waitied 20 minutes to be asked if we wanted a dessert or coffee having been given the menus - we ended up having to ask for the bill. Service was included which may be part of their problem. If you are not in a particular rush or don't mind poor service give the food ago, if you do mind, theres another excellent curry house round the corner in Harrington Road. Get a grip staff and tend to your customers - it's not rocket science.

My second visit to the Royal Albert Hall and my second visit to this restaurant for a pre concert meal. Once again the food and service were excellent, would definately come back again.

Nice looking frontage, tasteful decor. We opted for the set meal for two. Food was tasty and good quality at a reasonable price. Highly recomended.

I have been here multiple times and I am planning to go back tonight. The first time I came the staff mistook me for Bajian royalty but we all laughed it off when I told them that I am from Birmingham. The staff are very friendly and inviting and are up for a good conversation along with the manager. The food is amazing! I always order the garlic chicken, pilau rice and garlic naan bread! Seems like a standard dish but it is amazing! Service is very quick and the food is not too expensive (coming from a live away from home student) The atmoshpere is calming! My only issue is that I was still hungry after leaving but that happens anywhere I go as i have a large apetite but i wouldnt mind ordering double! See for yourself you have nothing to lose! They also do student discount! Even the chocolates at the end are delicious!

Lovely lovely lovely, I had chicken garlic and nan bread from Moti Mahal, I have to say they have a uniqueness about their nan bread. The other dishes (ones my partner ordered for himself) were also very nice. I would surely go there again.

The food was not too bad, a bit mild for me but different. Restaurant had an awkward atmosphere. Very small and silent with staff stood watching you as you ate. They also forgot to bring over the Poppadums but unfortunately didn't forget the chap who they sat right next to us's Poppadums even though the restaurant was empty. The sound of his crunching and slurping was slightly irritating and excessive in fact at one stage quite unbearable. Don't think I'll be going there again in a hurry. They did at least eventually remove the Pappas from the bill.

I recently visited Moti Mohal and was amazed by the quality of food and the fantastic level of service. The food comes in generous portions, reasonably priced, and presentation is excellent. The staff are all extremely friendly and the decor is very traditional yet has a touch of modernism in it. I highly recommend it anyone who is after a curry. Keep the great work up Moti Mahal!!
