The Typing Room

Lead by Lee Wescott (who has previously headed up the kitchens of Tom Aikens and Jason Atherton amongst others, no less!) the Typing Room is in the beautiful Town Hall Hotel in Bethnal Green. It will come as no surprise to find that the restaurant is housed in the original town hall typing room where all communication from the mayoral and council offices were put to paper.

Serving up local and seasonal produce, the menu is modern European but with a heavy slant towards elegant, natural and honest British dishes.
