Kitty Fisher's is a Mayfair neighbourhood restaurant known for its European menu with a Spanish twist, much of which is cooked on a wood grill (they have two American smokers from Oklahoma!) and where charcoal is much used. Since the rave reviews of its modern European menu you have to get your booking in early as it can get booked up weeks in advance. Head Chef Tomos Parry and Chris Leach (formerly sous chef at Pitt Cue Co) are in charge of the kitchen and are known to focus on Welsh produce where possible, as a nod to their own heritage.

Toughest places to get a table in London
Who doesn't love a challenge?
This teensy restaurant is named after the 18th century courtesan who could out-Kardashian any member of the K family by being famous just for being famous. Since the rave reviews of its modern European menu with a Spanish twist came out dates get booked up weeks in advance. However if you're prepared to plan ahead you can still nab a table for dinner.
