For the main course, we opted for the pan-seared sea bass and the braised short ribs. The sea bass, cooked to perfection, was flaky and moist, with a crispy skin that added a satisfying crunch. The accompanying herb-infused sauce elevated the dish to new heights, providing a burst of freshness with each bite. The braised short ribs, on the other hand, were melt-in-your-mouth tender, with a rich and savory flavor that left us craving more.
