Katherine, who has worked all over the world including in Michelin starred restaurant kitchens, will be bringing her expertise to the Bankside restaurant with a cooking demonstration of some of tibits favourite signature recipes. During the event you will be able to follow Katherine as she makes all the dishes from scratch and sample all the recipes once completed. This is the first time tibits have held an event of this sort and offers fans and newcomers to the restaurant the opportunity to witness quite how tibits make their dishes so tasty.
