Via Emilia is the second concept restaurant from Food Roots and is based on Hoxton Square.

The restaurant takes its inspiration from the famous Roman Road that runs through Emilia Romagna, the Italian region where the beloved homemade egg pasta was born! Celebrating this fact, Via Emilia offers diners signature pasta dishes from each Emilian city that the road connects, all of which are authentically named in the local dialect and handmade from longstanding family recipes.

Via Emilia is also the first restaurant in London to be serving the Italian favourite; Gnocco Fritto, a delicious pillow puffed Italian bread alongside a selection of beautiful meats and cheeses.
