My office is near by, regularly go for lunch. The staff are quick, and the food is very good. The Tandoori prawns are the best I have had.

A negative is that they push the beer, but I am yet to go to an Indian where that doesn't happen.

Its pretty busy! Upstairs open only) at lunch times!

I found this to be a very disappointing meal with a number of areas for improvement, including the quality of all the food (except the popadums), the price and the quality of service. Unless you are on a leaving do and need a noisy restaurant with space for you I would suggest going elsewhere.

It was very busy, service was extremely slow. Food was average-a fish bone in a lamb curry caused my friend to raise an eyebrow. The gents toilet had no door (well it did but it was lying on the side). Dissapointed - especially as I had recommended it to my friends. It used to be nice.

Food not bad but be warned ripoff central, gave us complimentary starters which we did not ask for then when bill came, quelle surprise they added this on. also managaed to invent a couple of other items to ensure the overcharging was the stuff of legend. clearly knew what they had done and i suspect that this is a regular thing. That said meal was good, but be warned!

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous, the finest Indian Cuisine tasted anywhere in the city including brick lane, their slow cooked lamb Jalfrezi is almost indescribable it is so good. True its not the cheapest in the city but it is certainly not over priced. I cannot recommend the restaurant highly enough.

The worst Indian food of my life. Tough lamb Jalfrezi and vegetable curry swimming in fat and unedible. Waiters agreed they would/could not eat it. Hardly any vegetables in sight. Indifferent and augmentative management. Spend your hard earned cash elsewhere.

To the Wally who previously left 2 stars “you don’t drink wine with a curry or everything tastes rotten”……
To the bloke who thought it was expensive you are correct. It’s supposed to keep people like you priced out!!!

This place does the best Lamb chops in London and the Lamb Rezalla is something to behold. FANTASTIC !!!

Exrtemely over priced. Food took too long to come. And was too oily. Never going there again :(

Have been here on many occasions and every time has been fantastic. Due to its location near the city, It is a little more expensive than your average Curry place but the quality of the food more than makes up for it, especially the Sikandari Lamb!!!

Went on Friday for a business meal and it was excellent - very busy so book but the food is superb and in a great location. Give it a go. Very recommended - especially the lamb shanks!

The service was deplorable. Constantly beckoned by the staff to hurry up after we had completed our meal whilst sipping the rest of our wine. The manager too was very rude and barked something in a foreign language at my partner. When asked why they were treating paying customers this way, we were told that they were busy and they needed the space. Really charming .... after spending about £30 per head for a curry I feel indignant. They really don't have any concept of customer service and only care about rolling in the cash. Would definitely advise people to chose other curry houses in the area which are of better quality food and service

We went here for lunch today and it was one of the worst curries I have ever been served. Luminous orange gloop. It has (allegedly) been better in the past so it appears that the exorbitant pigswill & bad service are a Christmas special. Either way - one to avoid.
