Thai Tho

I have tried many Thai restaurants in Wimbledon and this is comfortably the worst. All 3 dishes we ordered were awful (and my wife, who is Thai, had the same opinion). The pad thai was dry and tasteless, the papaya salad was wrong and the sauce of the prawns in black pepper horrible. Overpriced too.

i would understand but it was very quiet.At this point we were a little put off by this by this service and attitude from this member of staff so i asked for the bill which was not a problem,the problem was the young man with the PDQ machine had automatically entered in the £10 service charge on top off the £89 bill without asking me, so i asked him are you not supposed to ask me if i want to pay the service charge,he then replied "it was automatically entered",well that was it,I'd had enough,after being ignored and now a total rip off,told him to remove the charge at once.We paid the bill and left very frustrated.Myself and fiance dine out once in a while and are always very happy leave to a generous tips for the waiting staff.I do hope that the manager of this establishment reads this review and has team meeting with it's employee's.Lovely place but will never eat there again.
