The Gallery, a unique and vibrant gastro-brasserie, lies at the heart of sketch. Designed by Turner Prize nominated artist David Shrigley in collaboration with India Madhavi, the pink and rose gold setting offers a beautiful backdrop to the humour exhibited in the 239 exclusive Shrigley drawings lining the walls and the Shrigley designed ceramics on the table. The imaginative menu devised by French Master Chef Pierre Gagnaire, award-winning wines and fabulous service will ensure a magical dining experience.
sketch features multiple dining areas, each one offering a sophisticated and unique haven in which to enjoy delectable dishes. Alongside the Gallery, the 2 Michelin-starred and 5 AA Rosette award-winning Lecture Room & Library offers a stunning gastronomic experience, whilst The Glade exudes an ambience of an enchanted fairy tale forest serving afternoon tea followed by cocktails and tapas at night. The Parlour presents a quirky alternative, with Louis XV seating throughout, and serves breakfast, comfort food and teas.

Sketch is practically a museum, with each of the rooms evoking completely different moods thanks to a range of artists and designers. There are furnishings and wall paper by Turner prize winner Martin Creed, prints by David Shrigley, African-inspired interiors by Gahban O’Keeffe, and door handles shaped like women’s legs in the ladies' lavatories, among many many other things.
