Went to this restaurant last night after a show. Really good food, cheap and have no problem sitting with strangers if there is a seat free! Fast service.

I go here quite often because it's well located, cheap and the food is pretty good. The service, though, is terrible - they WILL treat you poorly, rush you and force you to sit with others when eating alone.

This place is really bad with rude Chinese waitresses and poor quality food. I have been to this place once before but cannot remember it being this bad. My partner had to tell the waitress not to be so rude to me. Never again.

I went to this restaurant yesterday and omg the service was rubbish. The manager needs to teach the waitresses to at least be pleasant to customers. And to use a bank card to pay for bill you get slapped with a 10% service charge, the service was rubbish. Food was ok. Never again. If I could give a zero star I would.

We (4 friends) made it a habit to eat here every Friday evening and doing so for the last year!We are always served friendly and quickly and still, after all that time, we are coming back as we still love the food and it is cheap.(A beer, soup and meal all for less then 10 pounds pp).You will find here a lot of chinese clients, a sign it is also tasty for the ones who realy know chinese food.It is a small place but it is part of the charme and gives it a kind of eating with a big chinese family .

As i work straight across the road from Culture on the Cut, I do go there quite often and have only ever taken away. I would give the food 10/10 but the service is quite rubbish and the restaurant cramped. The sweet and sour chicken is to die for and enough for two people but they do charge differently depending on what type of rice you get. The Soups in the Starter section are a good size portion especially for £2.30. I recently got the prawn toast but was charged an extra 50p when i requested sweet chili sauce as the toast came dipless(every other place I have been to either give you sauce at no charge or it accompies it). Be warned when you dine it if it is at it's peek time and you are a single diner, they may sit you with another single diner since they are short on space. The service is very fast, I have never waited more that 5 minutes for my food to take away. That being said, you will not get friendly service at this place. It is very cut and dry. It does seem like a romantic spot in the evening and it's location is great as it less than 10 mins from Southbank. Much better than anything you would get in a tourist trap restaurant on the river. It serves my purpose of a hot delicous lunch for around a fiver.

Awful. Service was fast but rude. Waitress would shout the order over your head to the kitchen.
Food quality was bad: Worst I have had in a long while. They chragec10% for using credit or debit cards.
We had 3 mains 3 starters and 4 cokes which came to £35. not expensive but far more than the awful food was worth.

Food is very good value for money although at times I had the impression that not all ingredients were fresh. Service from waitresses is very cold and rigid but that might be down to cultural differences. (waitress brings foodbox when asked to wrap up leftovers, and then offended when asked to do it herself instead of guest dripping noodles/sauce on themselves) Food is tasty though.

Good well thought out menu and food at an affordable price. Excellent value in just 10 mins from the south bank where you will pay a lot more for a lot less
