Little Bay is a hive of activity nestled away on the Farringdon Road, EC1R 3AL. When you enter the restaurant, you are struck by the royal feel of the layout and the sense of community in the atmosphere. When I saw the prices, I immediately came to the conclusion that the food wouldn't be up to much. WRONG!! The food is the highest quality and the presentation is borderline Michelin standard. My favourites include the Parsons Pastry, the Beef Burger and the scrumptious Profiteroles with banana cream and hot chocolate sauce. It is delightful!! And what's more, the service is just as great as the food. The staff are really attentive and helpful, without going so far that you feel you are being watched. It's just a real shame that because it is not in a busy location, many people miss out on such a brilliant experience. And trust me, if you go once, you will not be able to help yourself from going back again and again and again. It is truly THAT GOOD!! So give them a buzz on the phone or perhaps send them an email and make a booking. You won't regret it!

I hadn't heard of Little Bay until scrolling through the Time Out guide looking for a cheap place to eat with my partner. We booked a table a couple of days in advance, (this is adviseable), and visited on a Friday evening. The restaurant was busy, but we were seen to our seats immediately by the friendly staff. The decor should be taken with a pinch of salt, as it's so OTT, but it only added to the fantastic wonder and atmosphere that exists between the four walls of Little Bay. Food was cheap, yet fantastically tasty from starter through to desert, and the wine was great too. What really made my night however is that they didn't clear the plates before both of us had finished. Miracle!

amazing place. fantastic food, bargain prices, excellent service. i have eaten at the likes of pont de la tour and bibendum. i have paid 10x more than little bay for food. and out of choice i would go back to little bay. i cannot fault quality of food, service, prices or location. my favourite restaurant in london. keep away - i dont want everyone knowing about it.

I visited Little Bay last Sunday. It was quiet, so service was prompt and all went well until dessert. Our ?parfait? was frozen solid ? we complained and the waitress was remarkably rude about it.
This would not be enough to prompt me to write a negative review. What really upset us, was the waitress standing nearby and relating the conversation about the parfait to a colleague, slagging us off! Totally unacceptable!

I have been here twice and both times experienced mouth watering food for a very affordable price. Would highly recommend it to anyone. Is cheaper if you book for before 6 I think.... Enjoy!
