This is the second time we've eaten in Cinnamon Spice in the last couple of months. On both occasions the food has been excellent and the service was good to match. Staff are friendly and attentive, and nothing seems like too much effort for them. Shall certainly be going back next time we're in the area. Very highly recommended.

The service at Cinnamon Spice was excellent, we were really well looked after and the food was absolutely delicious. Definitely one of the best curry places around! Always have a great time here...the staff are so friendly (without being all pushy). We would highly recommend it to friends and would quite happily go back there again.

Cinnamon Spice - Glentworth Road - Baker Street.
On the 27 September 2008 my daughter wanted to treat us ( five of us) for her birthday. What a disappointment that was.
The restaurant was listed on the web as a "halaal" place. When we asked to confirm, we were told only the chicken were halaal. As we were fasting and it was time to break our fast we decided to say and make do.
My daughter ordered a sweet mango lassie, she go a very bitter salted lassie. this was eventually replaced and we were offered the salted lassie free of charge which we rejected ofcourse.
The food did not seems fresh and were luke warm. It looks like they have been heated in a microwave. We ordered a King prawn Briyani disk for £10.99, it came with 95 % rice and 5% prawn and cold and a small cold curry sauce on the side.
There were no hot plate on the table to keep the food warm. The waiters were boring and need to be called more that once for any service. The atmosphere was cold and unfriendly.
We could have eaten better for half the price. I could not reccommend this place to anyone. Sorry to be so negative, but this is exactly how all five of us felt when we came out.

I have eaten here a few times, mainly because it's the closest and convinient one to home. The first time I ate here, my friend & I ordered, a chicken dish, prawn dish, and chana masala. The prawn dish and chana masala were both decent enough but can't say the same about the chicken dish.
Overall - I would say pricewise it's fairly reasonable, works out about 15quid per head, however having said this, for this price-tag you can have better food at one of the indian restuarants in Brick Lane. The service is rubbish, they can take up to an hour to serve you and just to make you aware, if you order a 'samosa' they will serve you a spring roll !! Only eat here as a last resort!!
