Change staff. Extremely rude and unprofessional.
We had an awful experience here. Staff was disgustingly rude and started talking to each other in Korean, clearly talking about us. We only
Asked to be seated and we was waiting for seats for our babies. We will not be coming here again.

As having been to Korea and lived in Japan for 3 years, the highlights of our dining was based on Korean BBQ's. This place was clean, the seasoned Bulgogi was outstanding and it was very inexpensive. My wife and I with two kids spent 60GBP w/ service. Highly recommended and we will return often!

My Korean friends persuaded me to have dinner with them at Arang and I had never tried Korean food before but I was very pleasantly surprised. Arang definitely exceeded my expectations. Good service and a large variety of yum food is good for me any day of the week.

I was very disappointed with this restaurant. I ordered a rice and beef in a hot stone bowl and when the food came I couldn't even see the beef! When I asked the waitress where the beef was she dug around in my food and scooped up a little piece the half the size of a pea, there wasn't much of it either. I had to get a burger king afterwards! All my friends were also disappointed with their dishes as the food tasted rather boring and the portion size wasn't sufficient.
And there wasn't much of it either. On top of that, when the waitress was mixing my stone bowl for me she flicked water all over me but didn't say sorry. Generally the waitresses weren't polite.

Although when we first went in to the place we were left to draw up a stool at the bar and wait without a drink for "five minutes" (which turned out to be more like 30), once we were seated everything improved.
The staff were very polite and helpful despite their english not being 100%.
Beware, a lot of the food is extremely spicy and I spent most of the evening with tears streaking my face. The food is so tasty however, it's worth it.
The feel of the place is unique with very futuristic looking tables which incorporate hobs and sleek-lined chairs, you know you're in for a treat because of the place being packed out with Koreans and a smattering of English who have discovered this je
