I find the other review utterly baffling until I remembered that this bar/restaurant is under new management. I have spent a few nights here recently due to me doing some business in the area and have had some incredibly tasty food at not astronomical prices but what I liked more than anything was the warm welcome and the atmosphere offered by the staff.
Another time I was meeting my wife there for dinner and was held up leaving her in the restaurant on her own for an hour, when I eventually turned up she was sitting at the bar having a whale of a time with the staff and a couple of regulars and sampling a variety of interesting cocktails. Thoroughly recommend for food, drinks and staff.

I was told that there would be live music but when I got there it turned out to be an empty promise -shame because it would have been the only thing positive to say in this review. This restaurant is undoubtedly the worst restaurant I have ever been to. Shoddy food, unbelievably poor service accompanied by ridiculous prices even though they couldn't afford live music! And as for the atmosphere, -dull and lifeless. Avoid this restaurant at no cost because you'll be saving yourself time and money in doing so. You have been warned!

An excellent place for lunch or dinner - really friendly staff, delicious food, great decor, cool bar - highly recommended. Superb choice of wines and an innovative menu. All in all a fantastic experience!
