The carbonara dish was bland, muted and liquid; not the way it's supposed to be. On top of that I've never been charged 3.70 for a small bottle of water at lunch in a dingier place than this. They managed to get the coffee wrong as well: watery and bland. For 16.50 they didn't even bother to serve bread with the meal. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone in any case but especially considered the abundance of nice places in the area.

Never have I been so insulted by the service in a restaurant as I have in Trattoria Parmigiana - the single worst restaurant experience of my life.
After a very disappointing meal, the three of us at the table were busy chatting when we were suddenly and abruptly presented with the bill, without asking for it! When we tried to make a joke about this with the server, he literally ignored us, not even bothering to make any eye contact. As soon as he had finished taking the payment, he declared in a rude manner that he had people waiting at the door, and so we would have to leave immediately. We were all shocked, and even more so when I tried to reply to him, as he again ignored us and simply walked off. When I went up to the bar to try and talk to him again and voice my displeasure at literally being thrown out of the restaurant, he refused to listen to me or to have a conversation, much less apologise or try to make amends! Instead he started raising his voice and shouting over me. The whole scene was embarrassing, as other tables started looking up from their meals to see what was going on! When I said that we would not be back, I was told that was 'my choice'. Well, he was right about one thing, because we won't be going back, and I strongly recommend that you avoid this place like the plague! Go and spend your money in a restaurant that deserves and values the business.

We visited Tratoria Parmigiana recently and unfortunatelly I have to say that we have never had such a bad experience with customer service in London. First of all what made me think that something is wrong with this place was our table which was NOT done, there was only one glass one napkin. Moreover waitress on duty was very rude and chewing gum while serving customers. She never asked us if we enjoy the food, if we need something else to drink, finally if we need any dessert. As far as food is concerned our pasta wasn’t prepared well and definitely to soft! I complaint saying that we should not pay any service charge. He answered: I dont think so. No one apologised for the inconvienience.
