It's a while ago since I went here, but I found it to be somewhere between the last two reviews; the experience is really interesting and it really is PITCH black when you go in, so you have to it is a completely different way of dining out - it becomes difficult to hold conversations in groups as you forget how much you rely on lip-reading and gesturing in 'real life'.. The service was friendly and helpful. The food was rather poor I thought - very basic and lacking in flavour. I'd go here for the experience, but not for the food.

I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend last week, and i have to say, it was worth the price. Great experience! The staff was very helpful and our guide Ghow took good care of us! It took me time to feel confident in the dark but then i really enjoyed it...I would definitely recommend it for the experience! Everyone should try this!

The worst food experience of my life! £30 bought an entree and a main. The entree consisted of two pieces of sliced tomato, a piece of baby corn, a piece of celery and some aoili dip. Main came out after half an hour and was nothing but chopped up vegetables...which were cold by the third bite. My boyfriends' main was simply a piece of chewy, cold meat..no sauce or vegies. Simply meat. Absolutely disgusting! The only thing decent was our lovely waiter, so the service wasn't too bad. We werent even asked if we had a nice experience when we went to pay, only "do you want to tip us?". Couldn't believe my ears! We needed the extra money for the pizza we had to buy on the way home because we were still starving. Wrote a complaint letter to the manager and didn't even get a reply. I DO NOT recommend this restaurant!!!! You'd be better off ordering food in at home and switching the lights off!! Absolute waste of money and and a ruined night!
