19 Numara Bos Cirrik II

Absolutely fabulous. The chargrilled meats are marinated in delicate spices and cooked to tender perfection. I would recommend going late evening because it seems the grill gets throughly hot producing smoky ender meat. The traditional flat bread is also cooked on the chargrill for a few seconds and very soft in texture. The mixed salad is freshly made with parsley, tomatoes, red cabbage lettuce and chargrilled onions. The rice is also cooked well, light and fluffy. At the time of writing this the price for the takeaway grilled meat, rice, salad and flat bread is £8.50. This serving is more than adequate for two people. In my opinion, I think it's the best Turkish restaurant I've vistied in Stoke Newington (so far I've tried 4 others),just because they stick to simple flavours, they don't overcomplicate the flavours with too much seasoning and the meat definitely tastes chargrilled unlike some of the other places I visited. Definitely give this a try!

I've been there twice now and loved it both times. As well as the'r amazing kebabs, freshly warmed up bread and delicious dips, they also do great salad accompaniments for the kebabs with gorgeous salad sauces...so fresh and moreish, perfect for dipping your bread in.

I'm going back again this week, can't get enough!
