I'm not one to leave reviews on places I've been but I feel I have to with this one. The service here is terrible. I was there for an hour and only got served my semi warm starter, it got to the point where I had to ask for the bill to leave on time for the theatre. My suggestion for potential customers: don't go here. My improvements for the restaurant: teach fe waiter to not ignore diners on purpose (he definitely was!) and make people wait over an hour for food!

The service was ridiculously bad. The staff could not understand us, they were rude unattentive and generally poor! All I can say is they were lucky that my boyfriend and I are tolerant and weren't 'mystery shoppers' !!

The worst place ever. We did not even stay to try their food. The waitress from the Eastern Europe apparently, was rude and spoke rolling her eyes up, and pushed us every time she passed by. We were offered a table later on but decided to leave the place. Never going back.

A first visit to a Garfunkels on 8.10.08 and I would recommend this venue as an ideal venue if visiting the Adelphi Theatre. The food was well presented, hot and tasty with the wine being chilled to perfection. All the staff were friendly, professional and efficient and it was a nice change not to be rushed to clear our table.
