Good food....and xcilent service...

Don't go here. We spent a summer evening here, watching table after table complain about food taking over an hour to arrive. Some simply walked out. Ours took 1 hour, 20 minutes. They couldn't care less. We gave them a second chance. It took almost two hours this time. No apology. Just a shrug.

Me and my partner are new to Crouch End and were in search of an Indian to fill the shoes of some quality Indians in Islington. We went for the obvious 'Looks busy, got to be good right'? Wrong! The service was shockingly slow, bad quality produce, waiters are pleasant but not enough unfortunately

I eat out lots, and tonight it was the turn of meghna. Big mistake, the service was glacially slow, admittedly the resturant was full, but that's no excuse for waiting an hour for your main course. When the food arrived it was filling, but evidently poor quality ingredients. Well worth avoiding.

This is a frequently visited place for us and we love it. The food is fantastic and good value for money and the service is always with a smile from friendly and attentive staff.
The only negative comment i could make would be that during times of extreme capacity they have struggled to serve proptly but the food is never a let down and is, in my opinion, worth the wait.
