Grab your pipe and cravat and enjoy...

This Swiss restaurant (the one with the nightclub next door) specialises in fondue as well as bratwurst, rosti and raclette. Switzerland may not be renowned for its vineyards, but all the wine here is Swiss, so it’s a good place to find out more about them.

You other reviewers must be kidding, no?! I've been here twice and had delicious food and immaculate service both times. and I'm going again this evening. I would heartily recommend this restaurant - and I eat out a LOT - for its plain Swiss fare. Make sure you haven't eaten beforehand as the portions are enormous and filling.

Poor service, they yell at customers if they don't return the table in 2 hours and kick you out of the restaurant literally. Yelling at customer is absolutely not acceptable, but that's what they did to us!

Food was at a bad quality, the cheese fondue was like a liquid!

Tables were so close to each other, as if u are eating with 4 other people who you don't know!

AVOID!!!!!!!!!

While the décor is quaint and traditional, adding a certain degree of charm to the place, the service, quality of food and price lets it down massively. During a group visit, we found the staff pushy and they did that old trick of adding extra portions onto your order, even though we didn't ask for them, nor dis we have room to eat them. Due to the overall unfriendliness of the staff, we decided not to leave the full 12.5% service charge that had been added to the bill. It clearly stated on the bill that it was ‘optional’, so we left probably around 7% of the total bill. On leaving, one of the waitresses bullied one of our group, who unfortunately was unaware that the service charge was stated as optional, into coughing up the rest of the 12.5% service charge. This soured the whole evening for us, more so than the very average, and yet over-priced, tasting food. I had bratwurst from the specialities menu. It was a large sausage, which tasted okay, in onion gravy – dull. I am aware that this is possibly the only Swiss restaurant in London with fondue on the menu, and it appears that they may be relying too much on this, leaving very little time for good customer service and value for money.
