I 've been there twice and had such a lovely time. Food it's great and stuff were friendly! Expect non pretencious Italian food and a small and cozy venue.

The waitress pointed at a table in the corner and we were told 'table 10'. As first impressions and greetings go this did not get us off to a good start. The waitress didn't speak much English, so was unable to answer questions about the dishes on offer. The wine was served in beakers that you might soak false teeth in rather than a proper wine glass. Other reviews we read said the pasta was handmade and the food was fairly good. Unfortunately handmade pasta doesn't mean that the final dish will be well cooked or tasty. The food lacked any flavour. We both had cheese on toast (not described this way on the menu)to start. The only ingrediant on the plate that left any taste in our mouth was the pesto which was used as a dressing. The pancetta looked liked tinned ham and didn't taste of anything. For mains I had beef stuffed with spinach. If as the saying goes, you eat with your eyes then you would want to look away. The brown mound looked like something scooped up from a street pavement. The brownish sauce that accompanied it was tasteless and congealed. My mum had prawn and asparagus gnocchi. The 2 small bits of asparagus were soggy and pulped. We were charged 15% for service even though it was poor. I would have complained and asked for it to be removed from the bill but it would have been difficult to communicate this to the waitress and I didn't have an intrepreter. The only postive I could draw from the experience was that the restuarant was cosy and that now I have tried it I won't have to go back. I am suprised it is so popular - there are better restaurants in the district.
