The food is excellent, The service is excellent. OK I would improve on the lighting, and the décor is not going to win awards, but if you want top notch taste and excellent prices, you can't go wrong with a visit to the Mahatma. I have been going there for donkey's years and make it at least once a month. The buffet is to be recommended. Eat as much as you wish and choose from rice, lamb curry, chicken curry, naan, onion bhajee, chicken legs, potato curry and vegetable curry. They are very friendly and if you eat there a lot they give you a bottle of wine at Christmas. Very often there is a complementary after meal snifter, and service is fast. Pay them a visit soon, - I shall!
