We went in here once and waited for ages for someone to bring a menu (it wasn't busy) and eventually got fed up of waiting and walked out. We've since tried it again a couple of times and both times service has been good, the food is (as Carluccios always is) very good and flavoursome, and I think it offers relatively good value. The interior is bright and airy with plenty of room.
