Comida Mexicana

Comida Mexicana simply makes the best pasta in the world. Number 21 on the menu, red sauce, no mushrooms with cheese.. just perfect. For £4.50 it comes with a free drink and was my stable diet during my at Cass Business School, round the corner. Now I work in the city but still crave it and drop by once in a while :) The burgers are really good too. All grilled, freshly cooked and healthy. highly recommended to all :))

Just purchased a chicken burrito from here & although I was the only customer it took about 20mins. I did not here the slightest sound of cooking from the kitchen which makes me think that it was not freshly prepared. It was a little soggy underneath, (contained a chicken bone which thankfully I found before giving half of this meal to the dog) & accompanied by 3 pots - salsa which was like the juice from a tin of tomatoes, watery sour cream & guacamole that was more like extra light mayo & not even green. It was served with a small side salad - tomato, cucumber & iceberg lettuce that was turning brown. I only live across the road so shop to plate was not an issue. I have never been to Mexico so can not vouch for the authenticity, but I have made burritos myself at home (excluding the refried beans) that were far nicer & cheaper than the £7.50 I have just wasted on one! Maybe this is how a burrito should taste like, but for me it was DISGUSTING! I hope this is a useful review.
